Atypical typing
At the end of a crunch week with much fast coding/debugging, and many runtime type errors, arrives some great lecture slides suggesting Haskell's good typing ideas. The talk's a little bit superficial — the type inference ideas I remember from undergrad lectures in the late 80's — but to a very mainstream, non-research audience. That, plus the side-by-side photos of my advisors from grad school were a happy trip down memory lane.
